ROYALTY WORLD INC S.A.S with NIT 9009184893 domiciled in the city of Medellín, which hereinafter will be “THE ORGANIZING COMPANY, will regulate through these terms and conditions, the purchase of “PAPI LOUNGE VIP EXPERIENCE”, “THE EVENT”, aimed at the public in general, those who must be over eighteen (18) years of age or accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be called “THE PARTICIPANTS”.
The acceptance of this document will state that those who are participants in said event have understood and accepted the present terms and conditions of the event and that they abide by the regulations.
The activity “PAPI LOUNGE VIP EXPERIENCE” will take place in the cities and dates scheduled through the page www.maluma.online. The change of any of them will be made by means of prior notification to THE PARTICIPANTS where the change of dates and times will be sent to them in detail through the contact [email protected].
PARTICIPANTS must make the purchase only through the official site of THE ORGANIZING COMPANY, meetandgreet.maluma.online, providing the necessary information requested. Once such information is entered, the payment must be generated through the chosen payment intermediary. At the time of finalizing the purchase, an order number or “purchase summary” will be generated, which will be the one required by THE ORGANIZING COMPANY. Likewise, the email provided when the transaction is made through the web portal will receive the order receipt with the date of purchase and data such as purchase value, description of the event, date, time and place. The order receipt must be printed and presented to THE ORGANIZING COMPANY for redemption.
THE EVENT will have a capacity defined by the artist of participants for each city scheduled by THE ORGANIZING COMPANY. The foregoing does not preclude being able to reduce said capacity to a certain number according to the needs of the event. The rights acquired in the purchase will have an expiration date once THE EVENT has ended.
In case of changes in dates and times scheduled for THE EVENT, THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will give advance notice through the contact information provided by THE PARTICIPANT(S) at the time of purchase, informing the reassignment with the new dates and times.
The value of the ticket will be the one that appears on the official page of THE ORGANIZING COMPANY, meetandgreet.maluma.online and it will be invoiced in DOLLARS (US), at the exchange rate found at the time and place of purchase. The purchase PRICE may be modified by the EVENT ORGANIZER at any time. ROYALTY WORLD INC S.A.S will not be responsible for payments made outside the platform intended for this purpose and that are not found in the payment database with their respective consecutive purchase number.
The sale price includes a Backstage Tour that will be subject to venue availability, access to the VIP room or PAPI LOUNGE, exclusive merchandising kit for the VIP experience and photographs with the artist. The price of the ticketfor the “PAPI LOUNGE VIP EXPERIENCE” EVENT does not include admission to the concert, since from this moment THE PARTICIPANT (S) understand and accept that the aforementioned events are totally independent, making it clear that for the purchase of THE EVENT you must have previously purchased the ticket for the concert.
TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR DECLINING THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS
Through our site www.maluma.online, ROYALTY WORLD INC S.A.S as organizer of the event, informs THE PARTICIPANT (S) of their obligation to review the general data of the purchase, therefore, after a transaction has been made and finalized through the page meetandgreet.maluma.online will not make changes, refunds or cancellation of orders. However, all participants who make purchases online are informed that by provision contained in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within (5) business days from the date of the purchase and as long as the event has not taken place. In the event that the event has been fully carried out and according to what was offered, there will be no refunds of money.

TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR THE REFUND OF THE MONEY IN CASE OF FINAL CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT
ROYALTY WORLD INC S.A.S, may cancel an event due to factors external to its will, such as non-compliance of promoters, inconveniences of air or land transportation of the artists, environmental conditions, low public attendance, force majeure or fortuitous event; If any of the above situations arise, it will be published on the website www.maluma.online, as soon as our company is notified, the procedure to be followed to request a refund of the money or change your ticket for another event will be published there. In the latter case, THE PARTICIPANT must choose a ticket value equal to or greater than the purchase made and, in the case of higher values, must pay the difference in the value of the new ticket.
Within the normal conditions, it is established that the refund of the money of a canceled event begins within eight (8) business days after the cancellation of the event has been announced.
When THE ORGANIZING COMPANY authorizes the reimbursement of a ticket, this value will correspond to the nominal value of the ticket;if it was a discount ticket, then the price paid will be refunded. Under no circumstances will transaction or transportation costs be reimbursed.
The refund of the money will be made only to those people who have purchased the ticketthrough the official site of THE ORGANIZING COMPANY and who are advertised on the website www.maluma.online. For no reason THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will reimburse money for tickets purchased in places other than those announced on the official website. The refund of the money will be made in the same way as theticket was paid, that is, if the ticket was paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.

After a postponement, modification or cancellation of an event is announced, there will be a period of 15 business days to make the decision to request a refund or request the change of the tickets, after this time has elapsed THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will not be responsible for it.
THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will not be responsible for the interest generated on credit cards, issuance expenses, travel expenses or other expenses in which the buyer/beneficiary or any other person incurs in relation to an event that has been cancelled, postponed or modified. These costs will be solely and exclusively the responsibility of THE PARTICIPANT(S).
